In an Ashram in Rishikesh, connected with nature, we forgot our ordinary life, its illusions and beliefs to focus on the practice of Yoga and its philosophy.

It was about our dream to train in India together. It is only in India, the cradle of Yoga, that you can explore it intensely, taught from its founding texts and according to its traditions.
